You will then take part in a guided tasting session, comparing and evaluating three different olive oil samples, including our own estate-produced organic EVOO.

Begin with an engaging introduction to the organoleptic qualities of extra virgin olive oil, exploring its aroma, taste, texture, and clarity. Then, take part in a guided tasting session, where you will compare and evaluate three distinct olive oils, including our own organic, estate-produced EVOO.
After the tasting, continue with a hands-on culinary experience, where together we prepare a selection of local dishes using seasonal organic ingredients from our farm. From fresh Greek salads to traditional Zakynthian appetizers and main courses, each recipe reflects the island’s rich culinary heritage.
The experience concludes with a relaxed farm-to-table meal, paired with our own organic wine and served with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, a true expression of slow living in Zakynthos.
